The CSIC was present at the XI International EMCA Conference held in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, from November 7th to 10th, 2023, entitled “Shaping the Future of Vector Control in Europe.” They participated with a talk titled “Next Generation Community-Based Surveillance of Mosquitoes: Coupling Citizen Scientists, Experts, and Machines,” showcasing the initial results of combining citizen science with expert validation and artificial intelligence.
